Refund policy

Initiating a Return
To request a return, please email hello@iluvaasha.com within 30 days of delivery for approval and instructions. Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

 

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus a $4.95 return shipping fee. Please allow one full billing cycle for the transaction to post. 

 

Exchanges & Repairs

• Repairs: We provide repairs for damaged items within 30 days of delivery, provided all pieces are included. If repair is not possible, store credit will be issued.
• Gifts: Gift recipients may request a one-time exchange of equal or lesser value within 30 days (proof of purchase required). 

 

Non-Returnable Items
The following are Final Sale and ineligible for return, exchange, or repair:

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom orders
• Discounted sale items and gift cards 

Care Note: Jewelry is delicate by nature. Our policy does not cover accidental loss or general wear and tear.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Aasha Fashion Jewelry & Accessories reserves the right to adjust pricing, products, and service offerings at any time. Reasons for adjustments include, but are not limited to: changing market conditions, product unavailability, manufacturer or supplier price changes, discontinuation, and advertisement errors. 

 

NATURAL PRODUCT DISCLOSURE
Please note that natural products are subject to color and pattern variations. Because of variations in monitor settings, digital photography limitations, and dye lot differences, the colors you see on your screen may not perfectly match the actual product. While we strive for accuracy, all screen images are approximations. By purchasing, you acknowledge that natural materials are unique, and variations in color and texture will occur compared to samples or website images.
