Shipping policy

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Orders typically arrive within 7 business days of shipping, depending on your location. If an item is on backorder, we’ll notify you immediately after you place your order.


My package is missing, what should I do? 

Ownership of the package transfers to the customer once it is picked up by the shipping carrier. We cannot be held liable for delivery errors; please address all shipping claims to the provider.

If your tracking shows 'delivered' but you haven't received your package, please check your mailbox, neighbors, and surrounding area. Sometimes carriers mark items as delivered prematurely; please allow 2-3 business days for final arrival. If it still hasn't appeared, contact the carrier to file a claim.

 

Aasha Fashion Jewelry & Accessories is not liable for any lost or stolen goods, no exceptions. 
In the event a package is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs incurred for re-delivery.
